What information do we collect for B2B inquiries?

This is a public catalogue and inquiry-preparation site, not an online store. It has no customer account, shopping cart, checkout, online order, or online payment flow. A contact, sample, quote, distributor, or technical inquiry is handled as a business request rather than a purchase.

A project submission can include selected products, material and grade preferences, printer or extrusion information, application, representative part, color, effect, volume, spool and packaging format, destination, timing, documentation needs, artwork, files, and other notes that you decide to provide. Messages and records created while reviewing samples, quotations, technical questions, or commercial supply may be kept with the inquiry so the request can be followed consistently.
