Link each grade and color to its spool, label, bag, box and carton requirements. Request dimensions before final artwork; include languages, barcodes and inserts.

Agree sample scope, costs and shipping. Check material, color, print legibility and pack fit; record the approved sample and artwork version with any corrections.

Specify the components together
The worktable shows a packaging concept. For your project, note the selected material and color, spool format, label content, bag, retail box and outer carton. Request component dimensions before preparing print-ready artwork.
Confirm a matched set
Record the sample reference and artwork filename or version with each component. Check color, fit, print content and requested corrections together. Name the approver and date, then carry the accepted versions into the quotation and repeat-order record. Agree sample availability, scope, costs and delivery before arranging evaluation.
What needs to be agreed?
Can I bring an existing label and packaging design?
Describe the parts you want to keep and any changes you need. Request the relevant dimensions before preparing final artwork. Confirm who can approve the design and which file version applies to each product.
Can I request a color match or a different spool?
Include the reference and format requirements in your inquiry. Feasibility, the evaluation method and the final supply specification need to be agreed for the selected material and order.
When are minimum quantities and sample costs confirmed?
They are discussed for your proposed materials, colors and packaging. Send your quantities, destination and sample objectives so the quotation addresses the range you want to evaluate.
How should confidential artwork be shared?
Use the inquiry to describe the project and request a suitable transfer method. Keep confidential artwork out of the general message. Confirm publication permission separately before any work is used as a public example.
