Terms of Use & B2B Inquiry Terms

These terms apply from 2026-09-04 to use of the Novtau B2B catalogue and inquiry tools.

  • Responsible entity: 惠州市诺拓科技有限公司.
  • Registered address: 惠州市惠阳区迎宾路22号7楼.
  • Governing law: applicable laws of mainland China.
  • Disputes: amicable discussion first, then the court with jurisdiction in Huizhou, Guangdong, China.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, saving an Inquiry List, restoring a form draft, downloading a public resource, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. These terms apply to website use and inquiry preparation only. They do not replace a written quotation, specification, sample approval, order acceptance, or other agreement used for a later commercial transaction.

A person submitting information for a company confirms that they are permitted to provide the information and to communicate about the request. Website access does not appoint either party as an agent, distributor, representative, or exclusive partner of the other.

No registration or online store

Novtau does not provide public customer registration, sign-in, account dashboards, online purchasing, shopping carts, checkout, payment collection, or an online ordering flow. The Inquiry List and unfinished form entries are convenience tools saved in the visitor's browser. They do not create an account and are not transmitted until a form is submitted.

Visitors are responsible for access to their device and browser. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private-browsing controls may remove saved drafts or Inquiry List entries. Novtau does not promise that locally saved browser data can be recovered.

Privacy Policy

Personal and business information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Necessary browser storage supports consent choices, drafts, and the Inquiry List. Optional analytics is controlled separately and is loaded only after the corresponding consent choice where the site presents that choice.

Quotes, samples, shipping, and delivery

A quote, sample, distributor, contact, or technical form is a request for review. Submitting it does not reserve material, confirm a grade, promise sample availability, establish a minimum quantity, set a lead time, or create an order. Novtau reviews the supplied application, material, grade, printer, volume, destination, packaging, documentation, and timing information before confirming an available route.

This website does not calculate prices, accept an order, arrange shipping, or promise delivery. Any sample type, charge, freight arrangement, delivery estimate, destination requirement, customs detail, tax treatment, packaging configuration, or acceptance step is stated only in the applicable written response. Dates and transit information provided during a review are planning information until incorporated into an accepted commercial document.

Returns and transaction remedies

This website has no shopping-cart, checkout, payment, shipment, return, refund, replacement, or cancellation workflow. It does not publish or create a universal return, refund, replacement, or cancellation right. Any remedy connected with a supplied sample or commercial order is governed by the written documents for that transaction and by applicable law. A website message by itself does not amend those documents.

If a buyer believes supplied material differs from an approved requirement, the buyer should preserve the relevant material, packaging, labels, lot references, photographs, print records, and other evidence and report the issue through the agreed commercial contact. The review path and any remedy remain specific to the accepted transaction.

Product evaluation and reported issues

Material-family names, applications, properties, print-setting ranges, compatibility notes, color examples, spool formats, product hero images, color cards, and documents shown on the site are general selection information and visual references only. Printer design, hardware, maintenance, drying, storage, color, geometry, slicing, environment, and handling can change a printed result. The buyer must qualify the exact grade on representative equipment and parts.

Only the applicable approved specification, written quotation, sample approval, and order documents define the product supplied for a transaction. Website descriptions must not be interpreted as a certification, test result, fitness guarantee, regulatory approval, or performance promise for an unspecified application.

Buyer-submitted artwork or graphics

A buyer may provide logos, labels, carton graphics, spool artwork, photographs, drawings, files, or other creative material for a private-label or packaging review. The buyer confirms that it owns the material or has permission to provide and use it for the requested project, including any personal data or third-party material included in the file. Novtau may request an alternate file or evidence of authority before a review continues.

Files supplied through an inquiry are used to evaluate the request and, if a commercial project proceeds, for the approved project workflow. A submission does not transfer ownership of the buyer's underlying trademarks or original artwork to Novtau.

Color proofing and matching

Screen previews, photographs, generated illustrations, printed samples, filament strands, chips, labels, and packaging proofs can appear different because of display calibration, lighting, material, texture, geometry, process, and production conditions. A color name or website image is not an exact color guarantee.

Where color is material to a project, the acceptance method, physical reference, viewing condition, tolerances, effect, surface, and repeat-order control must be recorded in the applicable qualification and commercial documents.

Buyer content and instructions

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted product names, market claims, translations, warnings, regulatory statements, barcodes, destination requirements, application conditions, specifications, files, and approval instructions. Novtau may identify a question or inconsistency during a review, but that does not transfer the buyer's responsibility for its intended market or use.

Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, personal information that is not necessary for the request, payment-card details, or confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose. Files may be checked for type, size, malware, and access controls when an upload control is enabled. If a request contains sensitive project material, use the agreed project channel and identify the required handling before sending it.

Quantity and supply scope

Product-family pages do not state a binding minimum quantity, available capacity, inventory level, or production allocation. Requested volume, spool format, packaging, labels, cartons, documents, destination, and repeat-order controls are reviewed together. The confirmed scope appears only in the applicable written commercial documents.

If a transaction permits an agreed manufacturing or packing tolerance, that tolerance must be identified in its documents. Nothing on the website creates an automatic overrun, underrun, substitution, or partial-supply permission.

Approval and technical sign-off

A buyer may be asked to review a grade, sample, color, printed part, spool, label, carton, file, specification, or other project record. Approval applies to the item and revision identified in the approval record. A prior approval does not automatically approve a later change in material, color, supplier, artwork, format, printer, destination, document, or application.

Technical guidance is grade- and application-specific. Website articles and general responses do not replace the buyer's own engineering, safety, regulatory, compatibility, or end-use assessment.

Commercial documents and settlement

The website does not display prices or collect payment. Currency, price, taxes, charges, settlement method, credit terms, bank instructions, validity periods, and other commercial terms are provided only through the applicable written business process. Visitors should verify payment and bank-detail changes through an established commercial contact before acting on them.

A website submission, automated acknowledgement, downloaded resource, or saved Inquiry List is not an invoice, purchase order, order acceptance, payment request, or proof of settlement.

Contact, destination, and project-detail changes

Tell the project contact promptly if the buyer name, delivery destination, consignee, contact details, application, material, grade, quantity, artwork, labeling, document needs, or timing changes. A requested change is subject to review and is not accepted until it is recorded in the applicable project or commercial document.

Use of the website

You may use the site to review public information, build an Inquiry List, and prepare legitimate B2B requests. You may link to a public page in ordinary business communication. You may not present the website, its content, or a saved page as your own service, product evidence, certification, or authorization from Novtau.

Novtau may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or remove website content and tools. Public URLs, resources, product families, and interface behavior may change as the catalog and website are maintained.

Trademarks and copyright

The Novtau name, logo, interface, original site copy, imagery, graphics, and other protected materials belong to Novtau or the applicable rights holder. Website access does not grant a license to copy, republish, sell, modify, remove notices from, or commercially exploit those materials outside ordinary business evaluation, unless written permission or applicable law allows it.

Product names used descriptively remain subject to any rights of their respective owners. A reference to a printer type, material class, process, or third-party service does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Third-party links and services

Hosting, form security, email, analytics, document storage, messaging, and other providers may support the website or an enabled inquiry route. A link may also lead to a third-party resource. Those services can have separate terms, privacy notices, availability, and security controls. Novtau does not control every third-party page or service and does not adopt all content found through an external link.

Acceptable use and restrictions

You must not disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, test or bypass security without written authorization, scrape or automate access in a way that burdens the service, impersonate another person or company, submit deceptive requests, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another visitor, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Reasonable indexing by ordinary search engines is permitted where allowed by the site's published controls. Other automated collection, reproduction, training use, resale, or redistribution of substantial site content requires prior written permission unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Responsibility for supplied materials

A party providing specifications, files, claims, instructions, samples, trademarks, or other materials remains responsible for its authority to provide them and for harm caused by an unlawful or inaccurate submission. Transaction-specific allocation of responsibility, indemnity, insurance, and remedies is defined only by the applicable written agreement and law; this website does not create a broader commercial indemnity.

Disclaimers

The website is provided for general B2B information and inquiry preparation. To the extent permitted by law, Novtau does not warrant that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free, current at every moment, or suitable as the sole basis for a material, engineering, safety, regulatory, shipping, payment, or purchasing decision.

Generated or illustrative manufacturing, packaging, application, and quality scenes explain a workflow and are not evidence of a particular factory, customer, certification, machine, capacity, test result, or completed commercial outcome. The buyer should rely on the verified project records applicable to its request.

Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Novtau is not responsible under these website terms for indirect loss arising only from reliance on general site content, loss of a browser-saved draft, third-party service interruption, or unauthorized use of a visitor's device. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability, warranties, remedies, acceptance criteria, and dispute terms for samples or commercial supply are not set by this page. They are governed by the applicable written quotation, order acceptance, or signed agreement and by mandatory law.

General

If a provision of these website terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a website right is not a waiver. Headings assist navigation and do not change the meaning of a provision.

These terms may be revised when the website, catalog, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. A commercial agreement may contain different or additional terms and, for that transaction, the accepted commercial agreement controls over these general website terms.
