Bulk PETG

Plan PETG purchases around functional parts.

Start with the enclosure, cover or fixture your customers will print. Then compare the PETG direction, printer setup and order configuration.

Choose the PETG direction

Core PETG, translucent, high-flow and reinforced variants answer different part or process questions. Keep the exact variant attached to the intended use and environment.

02

Check the material path

Record the printer, hot end, feeder, spool fit, build surface and profile. Include storage and opened-spool handling in the sample plan rather than assessing only the finished photograph.

03

Inspect the representative part

Look at fit, surface, holes and joints that matter in use. Any heat, chemical or contact requirement needs evidence for the selected grade and application.

04

Carry the result into the order

Keep product and color lines separate, then add quantities, pack requirements and requested documents. Retain the sampled configuration for the next quotation or reorder.
