Bulk PLA

Build a PLA range around the finish and use.

Everyday prototypes, matte homeware and silk display objects do different jobs. Use those roles to make the first PLA order easier to compare.

01

Choose the role of each PLA

PLA Basic provides a general-purpose starting point. Matte, silk, translucent and special-effect directions add distinct appearance choices. Toughness-focused or reinforced options need their own part-level evaluation.

02

Print a sample that shows the difference

Use a flat area and a curved detail for visual finishes, or a representative joint and wall section for a handled prototype. Keep the printer and profile with the result.

03

Record each color and pack separately

Attach the selected color reference, requested diameter, quantity unit and packaging to each line. A blue and a white item of the same material should not lose their separate quantities.

04

Keep the accepted sample for reorders

Save the grade, appearance reference, spool and written quotation. Check the affected fields again when the material, printer setup or packaging changes.
