Novtau business inquiries

Terms of service

Terms for using the Novtau filament catalog and preparing a business inquiry.

The responsible entity is 惠州市诺拓科技有限公司 at 中国广东省惠州市惠阳区迎宾路22号7楼, with privacy contact sales@novtau.com. These website terms and privacy rules take effect on 2026-09-04.

Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the Novtau filament catalog and the website routes used to prepare B2B quote, sample, technical, distributor, OEM, and private-label inquiries. They are intended for purchasing teams, distributors, private-label brands, printer manufacturers, print farms, service bureaus, laboratories, and enterprise technical teams.

Website use and an inquiry submission do not appoint either party as an agent, distributor, representative, or exclusive partner. A later transaction is governed by the written documents accepted for that transaction and by applicable law.

Inquiries and quotations

Submitting a form asks Novtau to review the information provided. It is not an order, quotation acceptance, contract, invoice, payment request, inventory reservation, production allocation, or delivery guarantee. An automated receipt only confirms that the website received the submission.

Price, currency, quotation validity, sample availability, minimum order quantity, production capacity, lead time, stock, freight, taxes, delivery timing, and repeat-supply arrangements are confirmed only through the applicable written business process. The website makes no binding commitment on those points.

Product information and qualification

Catalog descriptions, material-family names, typical properties, print-setting ranges, application notes, color examples, images, and compatibility references support initial selection. Results can vary with the exact grade, printer, hardware condition, drying, storage, slicing, geometry, environment, and handling.

The buyer is responsible for qualifying the selected grade, color, print result, compatibility, and material performance on representative equipment and for the intended application. Only an approved specification and the written transaction records define what is supplied for a specific project.

Samples, specifications, and approvals

A sample request is a request for evaluation, not a promise that a sample is available or suitable. A sample review may need to record the grade, color, spool, packaging, printer conditions, representative part, test method, and acceptance criteria used by the buyer.

An approval applies only to the item, specification, artwork, color reference, and revision identified in the approval record. A later change in material, source, color, spool, label, packaging, printer, destination, or application may require another review and written approval.

OEM, private-label, and uploaded files

OEM and private-label inquiries may cover custom color, spool format, label, barcode, carton, packaging, artwork, market language, and documentation. The final project scope must identify the approved versions and the party responsible for each input and approval.

A buyer providing artwork, specifications, drawings, photographs, labels, or other files confirms that it has authority to provide and use them for the requested review. Where file upload is enabled, files may be checked for type, size, malware, and access requirements and may be rejected or quarantined when a safety check fails. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, unnecessary identity documents, or files you are not authorized to share.

Production, packaging, logistics, and repeat supply

Supply planning may consider material, grade, color, quantity, spool, winding, label, packaging, carton, destination, shipment documents, timing, and repeat-order controls together. The website does not establish a binding minimum order quantity, capacity, stock position, production schedule, shipment route, or delivery date.

Confirmed tolerances, substitutions, partial supply, packaging configuration, freight responsibility, destination requirements, and repeat-supply controls must appear in the applicable written project or commercial documents.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of contact details, product selections, specifications, quantities, application conditions, destination information, translations, labels, barcodes, market claims, warnings, documents, files, and approval instructions it provides.

The buyer must have authority to submit personal data and third-party materials, and remains responsible for its own engineering, safety, compatibility, regulatory, and end-use assessment. Novtau may ask questions during review, but that review does not transfer those responsibilities.

Intellectual property

The website and its original catalog content may be used to evaluate Novtau products and prepare legitimate business inquiries. Website access does not transfer ownership of Novtau names, product content, images, files, or other protected material, and does not authorize a visitor to present them as its own certification or approval.

Submitting buyer artwork or other buyer materials does not transfer ownership of the underlying buyer material. The buyer permits Novtau and the necessary project participants to use the submitted material only to review, respond to, and, if separately agreed, carry out the requested project.

Confidentiality and security

A public inquiry form is not automatically a confidential project channel. Before sending trade secrets or other sensitive project material, agree the appropriate contact, access, and confidentiality arrangements. Novtau may use hosting, email, storage, file-security, and other providers needed to receive and review an inquiry, as explained in the privacy policy.

No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If a submission appears to be misdirected, compromised, or connected with a security incident, contact sales@novtau.com with enough information to identify it.

Website use and availability

Visitors may browse public content and prepare legitimate B2B inquiries. They must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious files or code, collect information unlawfully, or use the website in a way that violates another party's rights.

Website content, routes, and inquiry tools may be corrected, updated, restricted, or unavailable. Locally saved form entries can be lost when browser data is cleared or another browser or device is used. Saved website state is not an accepted order or project record.
