Bulk TPU
Evaluate TPU on the shape that needs to flex.
A soft bumper and a repeated-flex feature do not ask the same thing of TPU. The grade, shape and feeder path belong in the same evaluation.
Describe the movement
Explain where the part bends, compresses or protects an edge. Include the geometry and the behavior you want to observe; a hardness name alone does not describe the finished part.
Use the intended printer path
Record the printer, feeder, nozzle and profile alongside the sample. Flexible material handling depends on that path, so a result from a different setup may not answer the same question.
Compare a useful sample
Observe the actual deformation and recovery your design needs, under defined conditions. Record the exact grade, printed geometry and reviewer so another sample can be compared fairly.
Specify the bulk lines
Attach color, quantity unit, spool and packaging requirements to each line. Keep the sample result and relevant documents with the written commercial response.
