The right filament, every order
A sample is only the start. We check the material, the color and the packaging before and during production, so your bulk order matches the sample you approved. Every reorder is then made to the same approved reference, spool after spool, for as long as you sell the range.
Material checks
Every material is dried before extrusion and measured inline as it is made, so the diameter stays steady along the whole spool. 1.75 mm filament is held to ±0.02 mm. Before packing, every spool is weighed and checked for clean, even winding, so it feeds smoothly on your printers and on your customers’ printers. Each spool is then vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
Print testing
We print with our own filament in our test room, so we know how each material runs before it reaches your printers. Tell us what you print, the printers you use and the finish you need, and we will suggest the materials and colors worth sampling first, so your sample order covers what you really need to see.
Batch matching
Your approved sample becomes the reference for production. Each batch is checked against it for color and quality before it is packed. Batch numbers are recorded on every order, so any spool can be traced back. If a quality question comes up, send a photo and the batch number and we reply within 4 business hours, then handle it based on what we find.
